The Dollar Point Playhouse is the ideal year round home! In the summer, enjoy the lake view, a large deck, the grassy yard, and the private Dollar Point pool, beach and tennis courts. In the winter, you are minutes from Tahoe City and central to the major ski resorts. Upstairs, the home offers an open great room with high ceilings and lake view from both inside and from the deck. Separate and off the great room is the Olympic Room, an additional den/TV/rumpus room that can both sleep a few more and be a well used space. Downstairs you’ll enjoy more lake view and access to a second deck from both the master suite and bedroom 2, the Gold Rush room. The third room, the Garden Room, is a smaller room, decorated in honor of the natural beauty of the area. A full bath is easily accessible for the second and third bedrooms. We think you`ll love the comfort of this cabin at the lake for your friends and family!

A wonderful remodel will be occuring in the Spring. Greatroom, den and half bath affected. House will have hard wood floors, new gas-burning fireplace, beautiful, mountain contemporary kitchen with KitchenAid appliances, and hot tub. |

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our new guests.
