More Free Images - You may now have up to 4 photos on your vacation property page. We can also offer you a second page that can hold up to 10 more pictures for an additional $99 per year.

Property Reviews - 1st Choice has added a new feature to allow guests to rate and make comments about your property. You can choose whether to include this feature on your page when you log into the Edit Listing page. You can also clear out the reviews at any time. Testimonials of former guests on your vacation property page are great sales tools.

Banner Advertising - You may purchase site-wide banner advertisements on 1st Choice Vacation Properties. Banner ads rotate through the top of every category on 1st Choice. By buying a specified number of banner views, you will greatly increase the traffic to your page, and ultimately the number of rentals for your property. Please contact Mike Landes for details.

Top 5 Placements - 1st Choice has added a number of new subcategories within our larger markets such as Orlando and Lake Tahoe in order to let potential renters narrow down their searches.
