No place on earth is quite like it. Really.
Pinegri-la (our real name) is a gorgeous, mile high, mountain resort just 25 minutes from Interstate 5. It is the only privately occupied parcel, and cabin rentals, in the Trinity Divide of the Shasta/Trinity National Forest.
Our only neighbors are the deer and bears strolling about the tall fir, pines and wildflowers; fox, fisher and coyote scouting
the shrubs and native grass; ... and plump little fish doing laps round our pond.
The Bear Cabin can accommodate a couple or a small family. Its built on three levels. It has two showers available: one is a private and popular outdoor shower built into trees, the other is indoor about 30 feet away
All under the magnificence of Mt. Shasta.
