The Creighton Home is your island dream come true. You will instantly feel at home here and quickly realize that this a unique place with many little touches and attention to detail that are not normally found in a vacation rental home (which this was never intended to be.) The location is superb! The home is located in a quiet, private, gated 14-acre residential community with over 1 000' of oceanfront, a small secluded cove and beach, a 22' x 40' shared pool and poolside pavilion, as well as splendid lush plantings of colorful tropical flowers, bananas, papayas and two acres of mango trees.
Napili is perfectly located in the heart of West Maui, the premier sunset coast resort area in Hawaii. Kapalua Resort is less than a mile to the north with its three famed championship golf courses, the Ritz-Carlton and Kapalua Bay hotels. Kaanapaii Beach Resort is about 4 miles south with its two famous golf courses, the Hyatt, the Westin, the Sheraton, and other fine hotels. Lahaina,the 19th Century whaling town and former capital of Hawaii, is about 8 miles south. Thus, it is mere minutes to five championship golf courses and several of the finest beaches in Hawaii, not to mention world class restaurants, art galleries, night life, shopping and every vacation activity imaginable.

Rate Information:
- Begin your stay on any day of the week.
- Basic: $2730 / week. Add extra nights @ $350 per night.
2 wks stay, get 15th night free.
3 wks, one month or more: please call for rates.
- Premium: Jan-Apr & Jun-Aug
$2975 / week. Add extra nights @ $385 per night.
- Holidays:
Thanksgiving & Easter Weeks: $3,500 per week.
Christmas & New Year's: $4,900 per week, or
$9,800 total for two weeks.
- A reservation deposit from $1,350 to $3,000 is required to secure
your booking.
- 11.4% Hawaii State taxes will be added to above rates, departure
cleaning included in rates.
- The balance, plus a $500 security deposit, should reach us at
least 45 days prior to arrival.
- Our cancellation penalty is $1200 if you give us at least 120 days
notice. On less than 120 days notice, the balance of your
reservation deposit will also be forfeited unless we are able to
re-book your time slot. If this might be a concern, we strongly
advise travel insurance.
- Check-in 3 p.m.; Check-out 10 a.m.
- Your $500 security deposit will be refunded promptly after departure, if there is no damage.
- Parking is limited to 2 cars only.
- Occupancy is limited to 8 persons, including infants and children.
- Reservation deposits should be made payable to Robert Gill (the owner) and mailed to Dennis O'Shea at the address below.
