No cleaning fee is charged. Housekeeper prepares unit
before stay & cleans after.
Must take own linen- Queen size sheets, pillow
cases, & towels. Blankets are provided.
No refund in case of cancellation.
If replacement renter is found, security deposit & rental
fees
minus $50 administration fees will be refunded.
