Reservations confirmed more than 4 months in advance will get 20% discount. Stay more than 14 nights and get one night free.
Rates include cable TV, all taxes and utilities. Rates do not include -wireless internet ($30 extra/stay) 5 night min. stay in peak season and holidays. Monthly rates are availableReservation Hold Deposit of 50% + security deposit. Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of $500 (refunded 2 weeks after departure). Processing fee of 3.5% is charged for credit card payment processing. Cleaning & laundry fee $145. Rates include high speed internet access, cable TV and all taxes and utilities. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
