A beautiful beach home offering 3500 square feet of modern living space surrounded by a covered wrap-around deck that leads directly to a quiet, expansive pool area overlooking a beautiful quiet white sand beach. The white sand slopes gently into a turquoise sea that stretches toward the horizon, days of relaxation, breathtaking sunsets and evening skies full of southern constellations await. You will be listening to the quiet surf, counting shooting stars and wishing your time here could last forever. Ideally situated, you will be minutes from Sandals Resort at Emerald Bay. Twelve minutes from Georgetown International Airport; two minutes from the Greg Norman designed, oceanside golf course at Emerald Bay; and less than half an hour from Georgetown. Hart House is simple, elegant and fully loaded with the details you would expect from a dream vacation home. The magnificent beachside setting is a backdrop to the professionally landscaped property with its infinity pool, jacuzzi and outdoor bar/social area.

All four bright and spacious bedrooms are thoroughly soundproofed and feature: King-size bed

A small makeup area between the bathroom and bedroom Ensuite bathroom with large showers or bath and double sinks.
Plenty of beach and bathroom towels, extra linens, furniture and storage space. Two bedrooms have garden exposure, with a tiled and landscaped courtyard. Two have beach view overlooking the infinity pool, large bar and gazebo.
Living, Dining and Kitchen
The living room is fully furnished and includes a 50” plasma television. Large windows and glass doors leave the entire space open to ocean views over the infinity pool. The dining room seats eight comfortably and features a large birds-eye maple table.
The fully stocked modern kitchen includes:

Property Notes and Additional Information
CHECK-IN: Is after 3:00 p.m. on date of arrival unless other arrangements are made in advance. During this lease, Owner or Owner’s Representative retains the right to enter the property at any time and Tenant agrees to admit all repair personnel authorized by Owner or Owner’s Representatives for repair or maintenance of premises.

CHECK-OUT: At expiration of this lease Tenant agrees to surrender possession of this property peaceably and without delay in as good condition as it was at commencement of this lease (reasonable wear and tear, acts of God and/or other cause over which the Tenant has no control excepted). After termination of this lease, Tenant and/or his guests may not re-enter property or occupy premises without prior arrangement with the Owner. Check out time is 12:00 noon unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

PAYMENTS AND FEES:

A) ADVANCE PAYMENTS; A signed lease agreement must be accompanied by a Reservation Deposit in Accordance with Rental Fee Schedule attached to this lease. The property is subject to availability until the signed lease and deposit are received. Payment of all fees in full is required 45 days prior to occupancy.

B) BALANCES; A Security/Damage deposit of $500 is due with the Final Payment in accordance with Rental Fee schedule.

CANCELLATION/TRANSFER: Tenant agrees that this lease may not be assigned or sublet, even to a member of the leaseholder’s family. Breach of this condition shall result in termination of reservation and lease. Notice of any cancellation must be received in writing by fax, letter or email. Changing date of stay is upon availability basis only.

DAMAGE/DEPOSIT: Property must be in same condition at the end as at commencement of this lease. Any excess cleaning, damage repair, excess trash removal, arranging furniture back to original position or service calls incurred beyond that which is considered normal and customary as a result of occupancy under this lease will be deducted from security deposit. A list of charges will be mailed to Tenant within 30 days of termination of tenancy and Deposit less any charges will be returned at that time. The Owner or his Representative is the sole judge of what is normal and customary. All damage or problems should be reported to the Owners as soon as possible regardless of whether or not they are due to fault of the Tenant or guests.
