The villa is set within 25 acres of lush terra firma and completely surrounded by a large stone wall reminiscent of fine country estates. Casa Melinda offers four (4) spacious bedrooms, en suite with air conditioning, with sweeping vistas of the ocean and verdant green tropical greenery.

No crowded hotel lobbies or overworked staff are here, we are here to help you relax and enjoy yourself…nothing more.
Although additional staff are available (extra fees apply), the villa includes daily maid services, night watchman and daily pool cleaning / maintenance. The dedicated management company is always available to help you throughout your stay with us.
Your family vacation or retreat vacation at Casa Melinda places you in close proximity to many of the most magnificent beaches in the Dominican Republic. One of them, Playa Grande Beach, was named by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the top ten such beaches in the world! Also nearby is Playa Diamante, Playa Caleton, Playa La Entrada, Baoba Beach and Playa El Breton (Cabo Francis).
Also nearby is the famous Playa Grande Golf Course, designed by the master architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr. as his crowning achievement in the Caribbean. Often dubbed the “Pebble Beach of the Caribbean,” the Playa Grande Golf Course boasts 10 holes right on the water overlooking soaring sea cliffs and crashing waves. Whether you are an experienced golfer or a weekend duffer, this is an amazing golf course you will remember for years to come.
Price posted is for villa rental only. For a nominal additional charge we are able to offer a modified meal plan (breakfast & lunch only) exclusive of alcoholic beverages. Additional spa services are available right in the villa for an additional charge. We also offer additional services such as grocery shopping, villa concierge and excursions to help make this a dream vacation
