Much use is made of mahogany and pickled pine, cleverly blended with coral stone walls and beautiful antique furniture.

Four bedrooms are located in the main house (one at the top of the mill) and adjoining the main house is a two bedroom guest cottage with private verandas.
A further cottage gives up another two bedrooms. A gazebo on the ridge edge has sweeping views of the coastline, and the property has a tennis court and an infinity swimming pool with cabana and separate Jacuzzi.

The main house overlooks the vast gardens and offers superb sea views.
Guests have use of the owner`s private beach house right on the famous Gibbs Beach and six bedroom rentals include use of the owners` motor boat equipped for waterskiing and towing inflatable rides. (Please note the cost of oil and petrol is additional.)
