Your own private island! This exclusive luxury home and guest cottage is located on its own private, 7 acre island, just across from Middle Road in Southampton. The estate includes a large pool ovelooking the water, a paddle tennis court and a putting green.
A boatman and housekeeper are included plus your own private launch that can hold 12-13 people. It typically takes about 15 minutes by boat to reach Hamilton Harbor in the north of the island.
There is a separate pool house and a small chapel, plus two boat docks - accommodating yachts up to a draught of 6 feet at low tide.
The owner also lives on the island in the separate Boat House.
Sleeping arrangements in the house:
Ground Floor: Queen bedroom, Bedroom with two singles, Queen bedroom, Double Bedroom
Upstairs: Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with two singles, Large,single-size Four-Poster Bedroom
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The pool cabana: has a Queen size sleep sofa and a room with two single beds.
Staff quarters on the lower ground floor of the main house can provide two additional bedrooms - one double plus one queen - at an addtional cost.
