The Fantastic Four is a large, 4 bedroom condo with central A/C. It is a great property for groups of 4-10 people with a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and BBQs all onsite. This location is a short 5-minute walk to Poipu Beach--safe for kids and adults with great snorkeling, boogie boarding and surfing areas; also includes a kid`s play area, picnic tables and showers/bathrooms. Lifeguards are also on duty. This condo is also very close to the Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa. This is an easy walk and offers a world class spa, evening cocktails and 4 incredible restaurants. Also, close by, you will find the Poipu Bay Golf Resort, Poipu Shopping Village with evening hula shows and morning coffee from Starbucks! This condo is centrally located and it`s very nice to have everything so close. The property is spacious and well furnished. Two flat panel TVs and new beds were recently added. The kitchen is generously large and very nicely equipped. A large lanai is also inviting for outdoor dining. Regency 824 is located in the Poipu Kai community and walkable to almost everything you might want to do. It is also only 30 minutes from Lihue airport. For groups larger then 8, we are able to secure multiple properties near by. Perfect for a family reunion or wedding party!
