This cottage studio guest house is done in a typical Venice Beach/California style, and will provide you with the true Venice Beach experience you are looking for. It has a vaulted ceiling with all white painted exposed wood and beams, and feels extremely open and bright. Sliding glass doors open up to a private terrace with outdoor seating, enclosed by palms and lush greens and offering wonderful views of the tropical yard of the main house.
The studio has an L-shaped seating area with TV/DVD and sound system. The sofa can sleep another person comfortably if necessary. The studio also has a dining table that can seat up to four people that can also double as a desk. The table can be doubled in size with two inserts. The efficient kitchenette has a sink, stove burner, microwave and apartment size refrigerator. The studio contains a comfortable queen size bed, I-pod compatible radio alarm clock. The modern bathroom has an oversized, open, walk in shower.
This quiet and charming neighborhood has abundant street parking. The unit comes with cable TV with HBO and high-speed wireless internet access.
