In the winter, the home is centrally located to Northstar, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley.
*In September, 2012 the house is getting new furniture, beds, interior painting, and new deck & hot tub so these pictures are previous to the changes. Once the changes are complete new pictures will be taken.
Lake Tahoe Ski Leases: The home is available for ski lease from Jan 5, 2013 to May 5, 2013 for $2650 a month. You can view the view terms and conditions and application for ski leases and winter information & activities.
*For larger groups including weddings and family reunions, the vacation rental is across the street from the Empey Dog Friendly Rental Home and three houses down from the Butterfield Pet Friendly Rental Home, Rice Dog Friendly Cabin, and Brogden Tahoe Ski Lease and Vacation Cabin.

All Agate Bay Realty rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase Discount Lift Tickets through our office to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Diamond Peak. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$30 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption and packages.

The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM for our Lake Tahoe ski lease rentals. If there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
