For summer tenants, you can walk to a pet friendly beach (Patton Beach; 1/2 mile away), the Agate Bay Pool, and the conveniences of downtown Carnelian Bay.

*This north Lake Tahoe rental home has access to the Agate Bay pool and tennis courts in the summer but not the pier facilities. The Agate Bay Pool facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
*For larger groups including weddings and family reunions, the vacation rental is a few doors down from the Butterfield Pet Friendly Rental Home and Rice Dog Friendly Cabin and across the street from the Brogden Tahoe Ski Lease and Vacation Cabin.

All Agate Bay Realty Tahoe vacation rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase Discount Lift Tickets through our office to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Diamond Peak. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$30 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption and packages.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM for our north Lake Tahoe vacation rental homes. If there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the north Tahoe dog friendly vacation rental home beautiful for our incoming guests.
