This spacious (2300 square foot) north Tahoe dog friendly vacation home has been recently remodeled including kitchen and bath`s. The vacation home features leather couches, large kitchen, 3 TV`s, vaulted ceilings with a rock fireplace, large master suite with a sauna, attached 2 car garage, and 2 new decks. The lower level of the home has three bedrooms and a bathroom and in the garage there is a ping pong table for adults and kids alike. In the winter, the house is only 100 yards from a great sledding hill and centrally located to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley.
In the summer, the rental home is within walking distance of the conveniences in Carnelian Bay including a dog friendly beach in north Tahoe (Patton Beach), Magic Carpet miniature golf course, Waterman`s Cafe, Sierra Boat, 7-11, CB`s Pizza, Old Post Office coffee shop, Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant.

*For larger groups, this dog friendly vacation rental is next door to the Glaser Agate Bay Rental Property, across the street from the Aery Pet Friendly Cabin, and 4 doors away from the O`Rourke Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental and Fialho Vacation Rental Home.
All Agate Bay Realty Tahoe vacation rentals and cabins are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase Discount Lift Tickets through our office to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Diamond Peak. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$30 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption and packages.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM for our Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. If there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the dog friendly vacation home beautiful for our incoming guests.
