Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this Lake Tahoe dog friendly rental cabin has a hot tub on the back deck facing the forest and has real Tahoe ambiance. The vacation rental home features a newer sunny deck with built in benches, secluded setting (end of cul-de-sac and the home backs up to forest), and newly remodeled bathrooms. There is a badminton court and horseshoes in the summer and a great snow play area for kids in the winter. The upstairs bedroom is great for kids with a bunk set, two twin beds, and a TV with DVD. The dog friendly beach, Patton beach, is located about 1 mile away and you can walk to the Agate Bay pool facility great hiking and biking trails, including the Tahoe Rim Trail, from the rental house.

Ski Lease Information: The cabin has been ski leased from Jan 5, 2013 to May 5, 2013 for $2200 a month. You can view the terms and conditions of ski leases and winter information & activities.
In the winter, there is only parking for two to three cars. There is additional parking, with notice, available at Agate Bay Realty.
*For larger groups, this dog friendly rental is close to the Nor Cal Pet Friendly Vacation Rental, Miller Pet Friendly Cabin and the Tash Luxury Rental Cabin.

All Agate Bay Realty Tahoe rental cabins and homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
*This vacation cabin has access to the Agate Bay pool and tennis courts in the summer but not the pier facilities. The Agate Bay Pool facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase Discount Lift Tickets through our office to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Diamond Peak. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$30 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption and packages.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM for our Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. If there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the pet friendly cabin and ski lease beautiful for our incoming guests.
