The home has had new carpet and tile installed. The floor plan consists of one bedroom and one bath downstairs along with the kitchen, living room, and dining room and three bedrooms and one bath upstairs.

Tahoe Ski Lease Information: The cabin has been ski leased from Jan 5, 2013 to May 5, 2013. You can view terms and conditions and application for ski leases and winter information & activities.
*For larger groups including family reunions and weddings, this dog friendly cabin is across the street from the Thompson Luxury Vacation Rental Home and about 5 houses away from the Talmage dog Friendly Vacation Rental & Ski Lease and the Tokubo North Tahoe Vacation Rental.

All Agate Bay Realty Tahoe rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase Discount Lift Tickets through our office to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Diamond Peak. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$30 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption and packages.
The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open in the summer from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open in the summer from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM for our Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. If there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the dog friendly vacation rental home and ski lease beautiful for our incoming guests.
