In the summer, the rental home is within walking distance of the conveniences in Carnelian Bay including a dog friendly beach in north Tahoe (Patton Beach), Magic Carpet miniature golf course, Lake Tahoe Waterman Cafe, Sierra Boat, 7-11, CB`s Pizza, Old Post Office coffee shop, Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant.

All Agate Bay Realty Tahoe vacation rental cabins and homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase Discount Lift Tickets through our office to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Diamond Peak. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$30 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption and packages.
The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open in the summer from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM for our north Lake Tahoe luxury vacation rentals. If there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the north shore rental home beautiful for our incoming guests.
