Whether you�re an avid golfer, equestrian, marksman, nature lover or have another avocation, there should be something here to please you and your family. You really have to see it for yourself to get a true picture of the vision and the beauty of it all. Bright�s Creek is an exclusive development and club. The property ranges in elevation from 1,000 to 3,200 feet. All of Bright�s Creek will allow you to be as in touch or as scheduled as you prefer, because it is one of the few fiber-to-fiber developments in the country. So, you�ll enjoy high-speed Internet, free local phone service, over 250 channels of video and video on demand, and in home conferencing. There is also public water, sewer and natural gas to every home site and all utilities will be underground, so as not to obstruct the beautiful views. The entire community is gated. The wide streets throughout the development will be maintained by the club, so snow or natural occurrences will not be a problem.

The renowned course designer, Tom Fazio, says, �People are going to ooh and aah and talk about how great it is.
