Unigue as it is located on the beach in Aruba, not only offers great value, but offers that change to the usuall resort type settings. Here you can relax and do as you wish when you wish.

Location:
We are located on the beach at Savaneta, 20 minutes drive from Oranjestad. Come and experience the real Caribbean. Your apartment is 15 feet from the waters edge and prices in local bars and restaurants are less than
50% of tourist prices in the High Rise Hotel District (30 minutes drive away).

Accommodations:

Studio Apartment:
This is a fully equipped one bed apartment sleeps a maximum of 2. There is one double bed, cooker, refrigerator, cable television, air conditioning, hot water shower and microwave.

VILLA:
Villa – sleeps 6-8
Each cabin (available as individual apartments) has a four-poster bed, which can be wheeled out onto the balcony.
(so you can sleep under the stars), cable television, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle and toaster, plus utensils.

There is a separate fully equipped luxury kitchen that has a washing machine, dishwasher,
ice-making machine, microwave and more.

Amenities:
Electricity and water are included.
All linen is provided and there is complimentary tea and coffee. All rooms are serviced daily and towels are changed when required.

Sheets are changed once a week.
Internet service is available on request (free of charge).
Laundry service is available on request (price list available)
