Located right in the heart of the desirable Lake City area of Megunticook, this recently restored cottage is a great retreat for a family of 5 people (3 of which need to be children due to bunk beds and a pullout). Upon entering the cottage, a modern kitchen with plenty of space and newer appliances will help you satisfy any desires of cooking a Maine meal on vacation. A cozy living room overlooks the lake. Here a TV and large dining table will be a focal point for evening entertainment. The finished basement leads outside to a nice patio with grill and picnic table. From there, you can step down to a level grassy area at the edge of the lake where a ramp will connect you to a dock with a water depth of 6-8 feet. This is a great location for swimming, boating, and enjoying the best of all the Megunticook Lake has to offer.
