At the corner of Sea Street and Atlantic Avenue, the property is only 300 feet from the edge of Camden Village, the library, harbor park, and has a spectacular view of Camden Harbor from the upper floor.
Access to the property is through 3 different entry doors, including a lower deck that faces the harbor. There are two full gourmet kitchens and living rooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The upper level includes one King-sized bedroom with large en-suite bathroom, double vanity, toilet, separate shower, and large tub. The second bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed. This second bedroom features en-suite tub with hand shower, toilet and vanity.
On the main level are two bedrooms, each set up as either king beds or two twin beds. Each bedroom has an adjoining bath one with a stall shower and the other with a full tub/shower. The main level features another laundry and full kitchen and living room.
On the lower level is one bedroom with two twins that can be made into a king as well as a stall shower bathroom.
Furnished with a southwestern/Italian decor, this property is two years old and very clean and comfortable. A great home-base for your Maine vacation.
Off of the upper level living area there is a balcony off the living room and a large deck off the kitchen. A grill is available by the garden. There are four off street parking spaces.

Boat Rentals through Maine Watercraft Rentals Inc. are offered Sunday morning to Friday after 4pm and include free delivery to the property. | | | What a wonderful time we had in Camden at this property!!! Your home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to town for morning papers and sometimes breakfast at Mariner's Restaurant. Day trips to Bar Harbor were fun for us. We were here when all the schooners came into the harbor... watched a couple at weddings in the park next to the library (even got a card), found our way to the post office, grocery store, etc. We plan on coming back next year, just trying to decide which weeks. - Bob & Sandy Creighton, Boca Raton, FL |
