This 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation rental cabin is located adjacent to the 9th tee box of the Old Brockway Golf Course in Kings Beach. For winter guests, the rental cabin is on a single level for great winter access and is centrally located to Northstar-at-Tahoe, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and all the conveniences in Kings Beach. The summer guest will appreciate being on the golf course, being able to walk to the North Tahoe Beach Center , and being able to walk to Safeway for groceries and essentials. The cabin has been extensively remodeled including new alder floors and carpet, remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances, river rock gas fireplace, hot tub, and a fenced back yard for the kids, Fido or both. The garage has a ping pong table and is heated and carpeted so it acts as some additional living space.

Winter Ski Leases: The cabin is ski leased from Jan 5, 2013 to May 5, 2013. You can view the terms and conditions of ski leases and winter information & activities.
*For larger groups including weddings and family reunions, this Kings Beach vacation rental is five doors away from the Connally ski lease property.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase Discount Lift Tickets through our office to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Diamond Peak. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$30 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption and packages.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM for our north Lake Tahoe luxury vacation rental cabins. If there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the cabin beautiful for our incoming guests.
