The Loon Landing cottage is one of those rare properties that sits right on the water and offers all of the peace, tranquility and beauty that people expect when coming to Maine. From the living room you can walk out the door onto the deck and right to the water’s edge in five steps. This private location with excellent water frontage is a great property for that perfect vacation getaway. Quantabacook Lake has great bass fishing as well as beautiful water to swim. Boat Rentals as well as many other services can happen at this property!
Fully renovated in 2006, this timber framed cottage has vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a large stone fireplace, a nicely appointed kitchen, and nicely appointed bedrooms and baths.
Added in 2008, a detached guest house which sits back from the main house and consists of a comfortable second living room, laundry, a Queen bedroom and a full bath.

While small, this is rare in Maine for a lake cottage to have a sandy entry area. This small but sandy beach is great for kids and that is why we have classified it as being on a sandy beach.
