With one of the most dramatic and beautiful views of the ocean of all the properties we list, Time and Tide is an elegant home located on the rocky coast of Penobscot Bay. Nearly every room has a view of the water. So, whether you are reading, watching TV, or simply lounging on the deck or in the Adirondack chairs on the lawn, Penobscot Bay is within sight.
This lovely, private home offers the opportunity to take in views over the Muscle Ridge Channel to Sheep Island, Vinalhaven and the Atlantic Ocean. In the summer, Muscle Ridge Channel is a popular waterway for sailing, and fishing activities in and out of the Bay. The scenery is always changing; with the weather, with the season, with all the seabirds and of course the boating activity.
The house is located in a private and tranquil neighborhood, but still close to a variety of destinations that can entertain the whole family. There is the Transportation Museum, Owls Head Lighthouse, the Farnsworth Museum, wonderful art galleries, interesting shopping and some very fine dining.

No Smoking is permitted anywhere on or inside of any of our rental properties nor are those who may partake in smoking allowed to occupy any of our properties.
Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy could include infants and children.
Boat Rentals and other amenities offered through On the Water in Maine Inc. are not available at all the properties we offer for rent. Boat Rentals through Maine Watercraft Rentals Inc. are offered Sunday morning to Friday after 4pm and include free delivery to the property.
