Villa Mesa Vista This gorgeous private extra large 2-story 3-bedroom villa with private pool and balcony will give you the pleasure to enjoy Aruba’s nice climate comfortably at home with beautiful surrounding! This villa features all rooms fully AC, ceiling fans in the living rooms and a nice fresh breeze coming through when windows and doors are opened. The living room has a nice comfortable pull out sofa with TV and VCR. There is a dining room open with the living space and breakfast bar. Outside you’ll find a table for breakfasts at the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and you''ll find a washer, dryer and hot water heater, unlike other accommodations. It comfortably sleeps 8 persons. The rental prices for this house are directed from the owner and do not include all the amenities of the community, that’s why they are substantially lower.

There are 2 bedrooms and a share bathroom downstairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed and one single bed. The other has a queen size bed. The master suite upstairs has a King Size Bed, TV, private bathroom and a balcony with distant ocean views. The house is also complete with washer and dryer, and hot water heater, unlike other accommodations.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. High Season rates apply, Dec. 15 - April 30. Low Season rates apply, May 01 - Dec. 14. (excl. summer rates). Summer Season rates apply for July/August. Rates for Holiday periods Christmas Weeks, Carnival Weeks are 50% higher. Rates are exclusive of tax and service. Weekly maid service may be included with some properties. Daily housekeeping service may be available at an additional cost. Weekly rentals are inclusive of normal utility usage. Monthly Rentals are exclusive of electric. Telephone services may vary. Please inquire if telephone is available. Occupancy is 2 person per bedroom. Weekly is 8 days/7 nights, monthly is 4 weeks, there are no set arrival or departure dates (except for timeshares) so combinations are perfectly acceptable. Repeat guests may qualify for our ''first visitor program depending upon property. Amenity of each property varies, as they are each unique. We have selected only those that we believe to be special enough for our guests, but services are not necessarily the same as back home, for example although most of our properties have hot water heaters, this is unusual for Aruba where our water is climate controlled. The ambient temperature remains fairly constant so our water temperature does as well.
