Reservation Hold Deposit of 50% + security deposit. Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of $500 (refunded 2 weeks after departure). Processing fee of 3.5% is charged for credit card payment processing. Cleaning & laundry fee $145. Rates include high speed internet access, cable TV and all taxes and utilities.
