The Sunburst complex is located in Elkhorn. This refurbished 2,000-sq.-ft. condominium has 3 bedrooms, plus loft and 2 ½ baths.
The carpet is new and kitchen cabinets are refinished. The large master bedroom has a king bed, full bath and sitting area, including TV. The two guest bedrooms have twins or bridgeable king, sharing a bath, plus there is a large loft above living room with 2 twins.
The entrance has ample ski storage and a 1/2 bath. This large, open floor plan unit is fully equipped with a comfortable and clean furniture package. There is dining for up to 8, plus kitchen nook and 4 stools at the kitchen counter.
There are 2 TVs (with expanded cable), DVD, VCR, stereo with CD, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas BBQ, and a gas-log fireplace. The Harker Center and Elkhorn amenities are included with use of the Jacuzzi, summer use pools and tennis and access to the golf course. The on-site Sunburst center has a Jacuzzi and summer-use pool. This is a non-smoking property and, sorry, pets are not allowed.
