If you are looking for a luxurious, laid back, tropical setting, away from the busy city, but close enough for sight seeing, Casita Vista de Yates is the perfect place for your honeymoon, anniversary, vacation or any other special event. We also have a 2nd casita, Palapa Vista de Yates available and our 3 bedroom house Casa Vista de Yates, rents all year too. Email owner for info on these.

Casita Vista de Yates is a luxurious, fully furnished, private, ocean/marina view home overlooking the new multi-million dollar marina at La Cruz, about 14 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport via the main Highway 200 , just a stones throw from the fishing village of La Cruz. Far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, but yet, close enough to take advantage of a nightclub or two.

The beach in La Cruz is available to all residents. If there is a bright moon, nothing can be more romantic than walking along the beach in the moonlight. At night, the lights of Puerto Vallarta shimmer in the distance as you breathe in the aromas of the tropical flowers.

If you like to explore different beaches, there is a beautiful beach, Distilladeras, about 5 miles toward Punta de Mita from La Cruz (north and west). The beach at Punta de Mita is at the entrance to the bay and has several palapa restaurants right on the water serving a great variety of food. You can also rent water toy or grab a boat for snokeling or sightseeing.

There are some very nice restaurants in both La Cruz and the town of Bucerias just south of us. The fare varies from hamburgers; to Italian dinners; to pizza; to local seafood; to steaks;and of course authentic Mexican dishes. All restaurants have been personally inspected for cleanliness and good food. All restaurants serve beer and wine and most have liquor available.

If golf is your thing, two of the many close by courses are open to the public. They are the Flamingo Country Club, a par 72 course, and the nearest to the Casita. They have clubs and balls for rent. The Marina course is in PV and is a par 72 course. The Four Seasons Resort course at Punta de Mita is private, however, a letter of introduction from your club’s Pro to the Pro at the resort, will usually open the door and allow you to play as a courtesy.

To really enjoy a relaxing day, arrangements can be made for a professional massage therapist to come to the Casita. If you have never experienced a one hour, head to toe massage, you will be thrilled with the results.

Property Amenities

This lovely private home is fully furnished. It includes a full laundry facility for our guests. Also, we have a new water purification and pressure system. It overlooks the new multi-million dollar marina, Marina Riviera Nayarit.

Our rates include maid service once a week, all utilities, and all applicable taxes and fees required by the Federal Government of Mexico.

Property Rates

Summer: 6/1 to 10/31	$75 per night for 2	3 night minimum
Spring/Fall: 11/1 to 5/31	$95 per night for 2	3 night minimum
Holiday: 12/20 thru 01/04	$125 per night for 2	7 night minimum

We require 50% of the rental fee to confirm a reservation with the balance including a $300 refundable security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.

Our check in/check out times are 3:00 pm and 11:00 am.

To keep the Casita looking clean and smelling clean, we ask our guests who smoke to please smoke outside.
