This luxury beach front home on the Isle of Palms is only minutes away from Historic Downtown Charleston. Built in 1995 by Ilderton Contractors, known for their environmentally friendly homes and detailed woodworking, the house has six bedrooms, four and a half baths. It offers a spacious, hardwood foyer that leads into an elegant sunken living room that is surrounded by columns. Adjacent is an large, open kitchen that is fully equipped and features all new appliances. All dinnerware, flatware, and cookware are provided. The kitchen and living room overlook the ocean and lead to a spacious screened porch. The house also features two large decks, a spacious backyard, which is perfect for sunbathing, frisbee, football, and other activities, and a private path that leads you directly onto the beautiful beach of Isle of Palms.
The house has two king beds, two queen beds, and four day beds, thus sleeping a large party or family of twelve people. All linens are provided and the beds are freshly made for each new visitor. So that your last day is not spent cleaning, a departure cleaning service is provided. There is plenty of parking in front of the house, underneath the house, as well as along the street of Palm Boulevard.

Property Notes and Additional Information
The property is rented by the week during Peak Season (May 27 until September 6), and nightly during Off Season, with a three-night minimum.

ALL reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. You may make reservations by e-mailing us at coastal_escapes@hotmail.com, or calling our Toll Free number 1-866-310-1991. When e-mailing, include the dates you are interested in and a contact number/e-mail address, and we will get back in touch with you as soon as possible with the requested information.

TO RESERVE: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a reservation. This deposit will be applied to the rent total. The guest may pay via telephone with a credit card, or may mail the final payment to Coastal Escapes, 1563 Oxborough Circle, Mt. Pleasant SC 29466. All payments must be received before the reservation is considered booked. We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, or money orders.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A refundable damage deposit of $300 is required on all reservations. The damage deposit is an authorization to charge for damages on the guest's credit card. If the house passes inspection after the departure of the guests and it is determined no damages have been incurred, then nothing will be charged to the card. If damages are determined, written documentation will be mailed to the guest and $300 will be charged to the guest's credit card.

Late check outs are subject to a $100 fine.

CANCELLATIONS: A guest may cancel their reservations within 5 days of making their reservation with no penalty. After five days, the deposit will not be refunded. When possible, we encourage guests to schedule their visit for another time as an alternative to complete cancellation.

NO PET POLICY: We have a strict no pet policy. If a pet is found on the property, we must ask the guest to remove the pet or vacate the property. In either case, the guest is liable for damages and/or flea spraying.
