At over 4000sq ft this 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home is perfect for getting large groups of family and friends together. The location of this house is great for summer or winter vacations. In summer you can go rafting down the Truckee River, water ski or swim in the lake, rent a jet ski or enjoy the many hiking and biking trails around the lake. Within a 10-mile radius there is a multitude of scenic and challenging golf courses or if you prefer you can relax at one of the many lakefront restaurants. In winter you are a surrounded by some of the best skiing around, with world renowned resorts like Squaw Valley, a 15 minute drive from the house. There are also beautiful cross country and snowshoe trails with views of the lake and snow mobile tours for those who want some variety. At night there are so many great restaurants and bars youll have difficulty deciding where to go next.
EJs Point (which was formerly known as Coopers Point of View) has two large living areas and a big kitchen with a large amount of preparation area. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators. The main living area features cathedral ceilings, a big open fireplace (wood provided) and floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful lake and mountain view. The second living area is a loft overlooking the main living area, and is set up for relaxation with 3 big comfy couches (all of which turn in to queen beds) and a pool table. There is also a table tennis table in the garage. This house also features 2 decks, one that wraps around the house and has a BBQ and fantastic mountain and lake views, perfect for those warm Summer evenings. This home is a great place for large groups or family get togethers, with 6 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, an extra half bath and sleeping capacity for over 15. All the beds including the futons have new linens and down comforters and bath towels are also provided. Ski Lease available January through May for $6000/month Please note that in Winter there is only parking for 6 cars and you can not park on the street. Please note that in Winter there is only parking for 6 cars and you can not park on the street.
Please charge all long distance calls to a credit card or call collect. There is no charge for local calls. There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests
