Grape Leaf Inn is located in the charming City of Healdsburg. At the heart of Northern Sonoma County’s Wine Country, Healdsburg is at the apex of three prominent wine growing regions: the Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley and Russian River Valley. Over 70 wineries are located here.
A beautiful Victorian home in the delightful city of Healdsburg. This lovely 1900 Queen Ann has been completely restored, decorated with old world charm, and features elegant high ceilings, ornate mouldings, antique light fixtures, and a wonderfully inviting wrap around porch. The distinctive furnishings and fully air conditioned Inn offer a comfortable journey back in time. The Inn is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in the company of other beautiful Victorian homes, just four blocks to downtown Healdsburgs fine shops and restaurants.
The surrounding Sonoma countryside is abundant with opportunities to enjoy. Lake Sonoma, the Russian River and over 60 wineries are within a short drive from Grape Leaf Inn. Guests can go antiquing, bicycling, canoeing, swimming, picnicking, fishing, hiking, whatever their hearts desire. The innkeeper takes special care to promote our fine Northern Sonoma County Wineries, and is happy to help plan tours of the wineries and other activities.

Reservations for each room is secured by pre-payment of one night’s rental. Your first night’s stay will be charged as a deposit upon approval of the credit card. Payment can be charged to a Master Card or Visa, or you can mail a check. Provided your requested room is available when we receive your reservation request and, once we have received your deposit, we will email or mail you a written confirmation.
If your stay includes a Friday or Saturday, a two-night minimum may be required and holiday weekends may require a three-night stay. Please check with the Innkeeper for your particular weekend. Occassionally, some Fridays and/or Saturdays may be available fo one night only.
Our check-in time is from 4 to 6pm. If later than 6pm is anticipated, please advise the Innkeeper. Check out time is 11 am.
FOR THE CONVENIENCE AND CONSIDERATION OF OUR OTHER GUESTS, CHILDREN UNDER 12 ARE NOT RECOMMENDED.
NO SMOKING in the Inn and no pets, please. (Our veranda is available for guests who smoke.) Regarding a cancellation, we will refund your deposit minus a $15.00 cancellation fee provided we receive at least one week’s notice to cancel one room and two weeks notice for two or more rooms. If less notice is given, your deposit will be returned if your room is resold. If it is not resold you will be responsible for the entire duration of your confirmed stay.
