All 4 of our cabins are nestled along the bank of a well-stocked trout creek, which our guests are welcomed to fish. Each cabin also has a 5 person out-door hot tub which overlooks the creek from a large deck. All 4 cabins have a fireplace, TV and VCR w/Satellite, full bath, full kitchen, including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. We also provide all your bed linens and bath towels. Each cabin also comes with a bbq grill.
These 4 cabins are situated on 23 private acres with lots of places to explore. We encourage people to get out and walk some of our hiking trails or visit the old 1850 log cabin located on the property and get an idea of what mountain life was like during that time. We also have several picnic areas and places to light campfires.
Our cabins are very secluded, but we are not remote. We are located less than 1/2 mile to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which has the most spectacular scenic overlooks in all of Swain County. We are less than 2 miles to Bryson City and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, and only 10 miles to the Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrah’s Smoky Mountain Casino. Also we are only 10 miles to the Nantahala Gorge and Tsali, which has the best white water rafting, kayaking, and mountain biking in the country. As well as our trout creek Deep Creek is less than 2 miles away.
