Additional adult in room, add $20.00 per night. additional child (4-10) in room, add $10.00 per night. Children under 3, free. The 9% Vermont Sales Tax is not included in the above rates. A deposit equal to 50% of the reserved nights is required to confirm reservations. Cancellation notice twenty-one days prior to arrival is required for refund of deposits (less a $25.00 processing fee). Cancellations within twenty days of arrival may apply the deposit to a visit within the twelve month period following, except during holidays or high season weekends. If number of nights reserved is shortened within 72 hours prior to arrival, guest is responsible for full payment of nights initially reserved. We are a non-smoking establishment.
