This luxurious 6 bedroom house located in the prestigious Formosa Gardens neighborhood. Formosa Gardens is a gated and walled estate community located 3 miles from Disney off Rt. 192. (Formosa Gardens is less than a 10 minute drive to Disney)
Our house was designed with families in mind. This luxurious home has a Mickey Mouse shaped pool with a hot tub in one ear, a 18 inch baby pool in the other ear and a regular pool in the center. Unlike some rental homes, our spa works with the touch of a button located by the pool. Surrounding the pool is a large deck equipped with a barbeque grill, a covered lanai, and plenty of lounge chairs. The deck area also has a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The house offers two Master Bedrooms, both with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The house is perfect for two families as the 6 bedrooms are split, 3 on each floor. The two twin bedrooms are decorated in Disney themes, one with Beauty and the Beast and the other with Toy Story. The two kids rooms offer many toys! The Toy Story room includes a Thomas the Tank Engine Train table with tracks (glued down). If you have a train lover in your house, pack your trains for hours of fun! The Beauty and the Beast room offers a kid size table for coloring or playing.
The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. All of the rooms are equipped with televisions, vcrs, and cable tv. Unlike other rental homes, we are committed to having top quality bedding and promise to provide quality comfortable beds. The Master and queen bedrooms all have Laura Ashley or Ralph Lauren bedding and the twin rooms have Tommy Hilfiger bedding.
Other rooms include a family room, living room, dining room, breakfast nook and fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers a big screen tv, The family room comes with a tv, vcr, and Sony Playstation for the kids (or the kid in you!). In the garage, we have added a foosball table for your enjoyment. The home also has a computer with internet access.
We have a 24 hour management company in case you encounter any problems with your stay. Further, we are fully registered and licensed with state and county agencies.

| | | The house is great!! My family had a good time, kids and adults both. It is definitely well equipped and there is nothing I can think of that would have made our visit any more enjoyable. The house and furnishings are first class. The kids even passed on going back to Magic Kingdom on our last day so that they could just stay at the house and swim. The location is very convenient to all parks and shopping so that was also a plus. Debbie and Tom, thanks for sharing your home. We had a super week! |

| | | We enjoyed our visit very much. The house is very well equipped, comfortable, beautiful. You''ve really thought of so many details that make such a difference (the night lights, outlet covers, gates, bed rails, kid''s cups/dishes, beach towels, books, puzzles, strollers, great linens, pool toys, video games, movies, tvs in every room, monitors, computer...). It was such a pleasure to have so many amenities... just like home. My son was in love with the Buzz Lightyear room.

| | | We stayed here during Christmas and New Years 2001. This house is fabulous. We''ve rented quite a few homes in Orlando before, and this home beats all the other ones hands down. Our whole family enjoyed the pool, spa, computer with internet access, etc. The beds were top quality. All the appliances, furniture, towels, bedding and toys were in great shape and top of the line. When you read the word "executive", it truly is an executive home. We''ve stayed at other places that advertise "luxury" and "executive", but they are not. | | | You have done a great job with setting it up for folks with kids. The baby room had everything we could need. We appreciated the high quality of the furnishings too. All in all, we would definitely recommend your place to friends and family, and plan to stay there again should we return to Orlando…and I am sure we will.

| | | Our stay was fantastic. You really thought of everything to make your guests comfortable. We''re already talking about our next trip. The pool was obviously a big hit, as were the TVs, video games, toys, and foosball. My 9 year old daughter says the highlight of her trip was the four-poster queen bed in the front bedroom.
