Welcome to Seashell Beach Rentals! Come enjoy our relaxed and casual, yet charming and efficient rentals just steps away from Carpinteria State Beach. Recognized as one of the safest and cleanest beaches in Southern California, Carpinteria has also been named one of top 20 best swimming beaches in America. Our quiet apartments are available weekly (Saturday to Saturday), monthly, or yearly.
Seashell is located in the popular resort community of Carpinteria, California, which is known for its friendliness and small town charm. We are just moments away from the heart of Carpinteria, Linden Avenue, which offers a variety of antique shops, restaurants, grocery markets, and a wonderful full service gym. Adjacent to the beach is the Carpinteria Salt Marsh Reserve and Nature Park, which includes wetlands and a bird estuary and provides habitat for endangered animal and plant species. The Nature Park is perfect a living museum - great for children and nature lovers!
While surrounded by the ocean, parks, wildlife reserves and the majestic Santa Ynez Mountains, we are also located only ten minute drive away from Downtown Santa Barbara. You will also find lovely public golf courses, public tennis courts and spectacular hiking trails closeby. Nearby day trips include Ojai, Ventura, Santa Ynez, and the Santa Barbara wine country.
