2/3 night stay are required during special periods
A deposit of one night stay is due for reserving two nights or less, and 1/2 the total stay for reservations three nights or longer.
Written confirmation of the reservation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
If cancellation is necessary, a refund of the deposit will be made if we receive notice 14 days prior to arrival. If notice is received within 14 days, your deposit will be applied to another visit within six months.
DURING THE PEAK SEASON, A 30 DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR RESERVATION CANCELLATION.
In the event of an early departure, no refunds are given.
A $25 administration charge is deducted from all refunds.
