$500 refundable security deposit..
We accept cash, money order, bank wire, personal
check if received 3 weeks in adavance, or credit cards through
PayPal.Sorry no phone charges.
Deposit refunded day of departure after cleaning and
inspections by mail.
Balance due 3 weeks prior to check-in.
$25 per person per night charge when over 2 staying.
Daily/weekly Maid service can be made available.
$125 exit cleaning fee.
