If you are looking for a quiet retreat or for weekend romantic vacations, Wild Rose Inn is your getaway from the cares and stresses of everyday life. Relax on the front porch, watch the birds and butterflies in the meadow along the Paluxy River, take a stroll to the nearby historic square or take a drive in the country to see the wildlife and beautiful hill country scenery.
An 1893 Texas prairie style home, this Texas Historic Bed Breakfast has petrified wood columns on the porch with the original stained glass door. Inside are high ceilings, fabric wall coverings and oversized rooms furnished with antiques and family heirlooms.
We are just minutes away from shopping, museums and galleries, parks and local attractions.
We include a sumptuous complementary breakfast for all inn guests - served in the garden dining room each morning between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. Afternoon refreshments are also served to our guests. Special candlelight dinners can be arranged for our guests with advanced reservations.
At your request, we can accommodate small business meetings of up to 30 people. Also luncheons, weddings and other private events.

Additional charge for extra persons.
Reservations are guaranteed by deposit of one nights lodging in advance. Stays of two or more nights require a 50% deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. Payment accepted by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Cash or check is preferred.
Room reservations must be canceled at least three days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this time are billed the entire amount of the reservation unless we re-rent the room. No shows will be charged at full rate.
We graciously request smoking on porches or in the garden area only in consideration of other guests. Accommodations for pets are not available.
